  • An EOS-methodology business OS with Rocks, IDS, weekly cadence
  • An automated youth-sports video generator

The pattern: home-equity and mortgage operations, with deep AI engineering discipline. We're not generalists; the workflow muscles transfer across HEI and mortgage shops because the regulated-finance shape is the same.
